# Regression test: a picture-cache tile whose world offset is fractional (its
# raster reference frame is at x/y .5, e.g. a transformed, flex-centered
# scroller) must not crop its max-side content when composited. The composite
# clip was derived on the raw pic->world grid while the tiles are placed on the
# (rounded) compositor grid; the half-pixel mismatch clipped the right/bottom
# border edges. See the matching -ref (same scene, generous clip that can't
# crop): with the bug the border here loses its right and bottom edges.
