# Tests that an SVGFE filter subregion authored inside a scroll frame with an
# external scroll offset is normalized to the same space as the primitives, so
# the green flood (subregion) exactly covers the red SourceGraphic rect. If the
# subregion were not offset to match, the flood would be shifted by 50px and
# red would show through.
