# As box-shadow-blurred-overlapping-radii, but with no blur, which takes the
# zero-blur desugar path (a rect shaped by rounded-rect clips) rather than the
# blurred one. A box-shadow is a plain rounded rect and so takes the
# css-backgrounds-3 5.5 reduction: spread -80 shrinks the rect to 105x105 while
# only taking 80 off the radii, leaving 170, which must scale back to 105 and
# therefore match a 185 radius. The clips this desugars to are indistinguishable
# from the ones background-clip emits, which must NOT be reduced, so the
# reduction happens at the producer (bug 1830603).
