Subject: [PATCH 29/29] Stop ignoring cairo-features.h.
Upstream generates `cairo-features.h` with Meson, but Mozilla Central
keeps its own version in the tree (see the `keep` list in
`gfx/cairo/moz.yaml`), so don't ignore it.
